From October 2024, I participated in an SEO improvement project for a service-related owned media (Site A).
At the start of the project, the website faced the following issues:

In December 2024, I launched this website (Site B) as a completely new domain.
For this project, I built the site design, brand framework, writer workflow, and SEO strategy entirely from scratch — enabling the site to grow significantly from the very early stage.

Site C: Achieving 7,000 Monthly PV in 3 Months (Local × Niche Keyword Strategy)


Site C was launched as a completely new domain in the summer of 2025.
From keyword strategy to content workflow, design, and site structure, the entire framework was built from scratch — resulting in 7,000 monthly PV in just three months.

Site D was built using an aged domain purchased at auction for ¥200,000.
From there, I rebuilt the entire site structure, content strategy, and team workflow from scratch.
By maximizing the domain’s inherited evaluation while redesigning the site architecture around search intent and structural coherence, the website now maintains 70,000–80,000 monthly PV with stable performance.

For Site E, I rebuilt a content site based on a highly thematic aged domain purchased for approximately ¥100,000.
By inheriting the previous site’s topical direction and restructuring it for consistency and SEO integrity, the site achieved steady, long-term growth from the early stages.

Site F is a personal media project that I have continuously operated since 2015.
Starting from zero SEO experience, I used this site as a long-term, hands-on learning environment where I systematically built up practical knowledge of SEO, content strategy, monetization, and long-term site management.

As a long-running and experimental project, this site allowed me to practice everything—from SEO and content design to advertising and monetization—end-to-end.

Site G: Improved SPA Indexing Issues & Achieved Significant Search Growth(756K Clicks / 5.0M Impressions)


This project involved a large-scale JavaScript-based SPA (Single Page Application) that was experiencing severe indexing issues and rendering failures in Google Search.
Because SPA sites rely heavily on client-side rendering, Googlebot was unable to correctly interpret JavaScript. As a result:
- Important pages were not indexed
- Auto-generated URLs were bloated
- Meta information was unstable
- Search performance remained stagnant
My role was to restructure the site so that search engines could correctly crawl, render, and index all essential pages, leading to long-term, stable organic growth.
- A large number of auto-generated JavaScript pages were being indexed, causing Googlebot to fail rendering correctly
- Coverage errors such as “Crawled — currently not indexed” and “Alternate page with proper canonical tag”
- Extremely slow indexing for important pages
- Title/description being dynamically generated, resulting in unstable meta information
- Search Console performance stagnation (impressions and clicks not increasing)
Introduced a Pre-Rendering Solution (External Rendering Tool)
To ensure Googlebot could correctly crawl HTML, we adopted a pre-rendering approach (instead of SSR), returning pages already rendered before JavaScript execution.
